Do I need to be super fit to join?

Nope! This trip involves some walking and optional activities like hiking or watersports, but you can always take things at your own pace. If you’re comfortable exploring on foot and up for a bit of adventure, you’ll be absolutely fine!
What should I pack?

Bring light, breathable clothing, a warm layer for cool summer nights, comfortable walking shoes, a swimsuit for the river, and sunglasses & sunscreen. A detailed packing list will be sent before departure!
